Get a fresh QR after the session was logged out

POST 
/instances/:instanceId/relink

Only valid while sessionStatus is logged_out — clears the stale linked-device credentials and asks the owning session-worker to reconnect on its next poll tick, so Baileys issues a brand-new pairing QR. Applies within one poll interval, not synchronously with this request.
