The webhook event contract: once a URL is configured below, Tarceel POSTs a signed WebhookEnvelope JSON body to it for four event types — message.received (InboundMessage), message.status (MessageStatusEventData), session.status (SessionStatusEventData), and billing.low_balance (LowBalanceEventData); see those schemas below for the exact shape of each, and docs/webhooks.md for the full narrative with more worked examples. Each delivery carries an X-Tarceel-Signature HMAC header (the full secret is only ever shown once, on the PUT response below) so you can verify it genuinely came from Tarceel.
