Create a personal access token

/account/tokens

A long-lived stand-in for the account JWT — accepted everywhere AccountToken is, with no expiry until revoked. Create it while logged in as a human; a script then uses it directly without ever completing the magic-link flow. Accepts an existing account token or personal access token, same as every other account-level route.
